12-month contract, remote service

Solid results are a process, not an event — which is why the advisory is annual. After the initial diagnostic visit, the support is remote, with weekly or fortnightly meetings. Additional on-site visits happen only in exceptional situations.

The figures are presented in the first meeting, tailored to your hotel’s reality — with no fuss.

  • RevPAR — Revenue Per Available Room: revenue per available room, the thermometer of commercial health.
  • TrevPAR — Total Revenue per Available Room: total revenue per room, including F&B, events and extras.
  • GOP — Gross Operating Profit: the gross operating profit, where management truly shows.
